These terms govern your use of the RejuveHub website and the IV, vitamin, NAD+ and peptide services we provide in Pattaya, at our lounge and at your hotel, villa or home. Please read them before booking.
01Acceptance of these terms
By accessing this website, contacting us, or booking and receiving any treatment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. If you are booking on behalf of others, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for each person in your party.
02Who we are & what we offer
RejuveHub is a wellness and IV-therapy provider based in Pattaya, Thailand. We offer intravenous vitamin drips, NAD+ therapy, vitamin and hydration treatments, and physician-supervised peptide programs. Treatments are available at our lounge and, for eligible treatments, as a home or hotel visit.
Prices, treatment contents and availability shown on this website are provided in good faith and may change without notice. Treatment names and descriptions are for general information and are not medical advice.
03Medical disclaimer
Information on this website is for general wellness purposes only and should not be relied upon as medical advice. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, take regular medication, or feel unwell, consult your physician before booking. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call local emergency services immediately.
04Eligibility & health screening
You must be at least 18 years old to receive treatment. Before any session, you will complete a brief health screening. You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your health, allergies, medications and medical history.
For your safety, our medical team may decline or modify a treatment based on this screening. Withholding or misrepresenting health information may put you at risk and may result in a treatment being refused without refund.
05Bookings, changes & cancellations
- Bookings can be made via WhatsApp or the request form on our website. A booking is confirmed only once we reply to confirm your time.
- No payment is taken at the time of booking; the request simply reserves your slot.
- You may reschedule or cancel at no charge by messaging us as early as possible.
- For home and hotel visits, repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations after a nurse has been dispatched may incur a call-out fee, which we will always tell you about in advance.
06Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in Thai Baht (THB) and are published on this website. The price displayed for a treatment is the price for a single session in our lounge unless stated otherwise. Home and hotel visits carry an additional +500 THB per person house-call surcharge.
Any estimated total shown during booking is an estimate for your convenience and is confirmed with you before treatment. Payment is due at the time of your session unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods are confirmed at booking.
07Home & hotel visits
For home and hotel visits, you agree to provide an accurate address and a safe, clean and accessible space for treatment. Our nurse may postpone or decline a visit if the environment is unsafe or unsuitable for clinical care. Home and hotel visits are available within our published service areas and during the hours stated on our website.
08Peptide programs
Peptide programs are physician-supervised and available in-clinic only. They begin with a consultation, after which a physician confirms whether a program is appropriate for you and on what protocol. Program pricing is typically billed per month. Nothing on this website constitutes a prescription, and no program proceeds without an individual clinical assessment.
09Informed consent
Before treatment you will be given the opportunity to ask questions and will be asked to provide informed consent. You may withdraw consent and stop a treatment at any time. By proceeding, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of the treatment and any reasonable risks explained to you.
10Conduct & right to refuse
We want every guest to feel safe and comfortable. We reserve the right to refuse or stop a treatment where a guest is intoxicated, abusive, or where treatment would in our team's clinical judgement be unsafe. We treat all guests with respect and ask the same in return.
11Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RejuveHub is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes arising from inaccurate or incomplete health information you provide. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Wellness outcomes vary between individuals and are not guaranteed.
12Privacy
We collect and use the personal and health information you provide solely to deliver our services safely and to communicate with you about your booking. We do not sell your personal information. Health information is handled confidentially by our medical team. For any privacy request, please contact us using the details below.
13Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, imagery, branding, logos and design — is the property of RejuveHub or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.
14Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your booking applies to that booking. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
15Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
